Hands-On Learning With Industry-Standard Equipment
Our training is built around the same high-performance HOSCH equipment used on real sites. Trainees get hands-on experience with the tools and systems trusted across the mining and materials handling industry, including scrapers, tracking rollers, and cleaning systems, so they’re ready to roll out their new skills as soon as they graduate.

Scrapers
Scraper Type A1
Built for simple, safe conveyor cleaning in standard applications. It features a tool-free patented module change, fast de-installation of the assembly carrier, and overlapping modules for continuous, gapless cleaning. Designed for smaller belts, it operates without the need for tensioning throughout the entire lifespan of the modules.
Scraper Type B6
A reliable, all-purpose HOSCH scraper designed to perform in a wide range of applications, including challenging belt conditions and confined chutes. Known for its strong cleaning performance and modular flexibility, it can also be configured for use directly on the pulley. The B6 continues to evolve, with proven performance and integration into the HOSCH modular system.
Scraper Type C
The Scraper Type C series delivers exceptional cleaning efficiency through patented automatic adjustment, allowing modules to adapt to any belt or pulley surface. Designed to suit a wide range of belts, the C-series is suitable for all belt widths, speeds, and bulk solids.
Scraper Type D
Engineered for high efficiency, easy handling, and enhanced safety in demanding environments. Its design helps reduce cleaning time and operating costs while minimising the need for personnel to enter the chute during maintenance. With fast installation, long maintenance intervals, and reliable performance, the D2 model sets a new standard in scraper technology.
Scraper Type HD
The Scraper Type HD is engineered for conveyor systems handling sticky, muddy, or otherwise difficult bulk materials. Designed for the 3 o’clock position on the pulley, it ensures efficient cleaning while returning most material to the main flow. Key features include deflecting cleaning modules that adapt to faulty belt surfaces, compatibility with mechanical fasteners, and tungsten-carbide tipped blades for long-lasting performance.
Scraper Type HD-PU
Scraper e:zyslide - THE RETRACTABLE
Allows scrapers to be retracted laterally, removing the need for scaffolding during maintenance. This reduces the risk of accidents and can save up to 80% of service time. Its segmented design and sliding function make it ideal for tight spaces.

Tracker Roller Systems (R / RG / RC / RRC)
HOSCH tracker roller systems are designed to eliminate belt misalignment issues that can lead to equipment damage and costly downtime. Suitable for all belt widths and speeds up to 6 m/s, these systems can be installed on both the return belt and the troughed carrying side. Engineered for reliability, they offer a practical solution to keep conveyor belts on track and operations running smoothly.
Tracker Roller Type R
A compact, low-maintenance solution designed to improve belt alignment with minimal space and assembly requirements. Its robust design and durable components offer high operational safety and reliability in standard and reverse belt operations.
Tracker Roller Type RG
Built for flexibility and long-term performance. Features a centre bearing block with high-grade radial and axial bearings, a telescopic carrier for easy fitment, and a crosshead roller-bar suited to varying belt widths. Rubberised segment rollers ensure smooth tracking, while the system remains essentially maintenance-free.
Tracker Roller Type RC
Designed for reliable belt alignment in tough conditions. Installed on the straight lower belt, it features a robust, torsion-resistant steel frame and modular design for fast, simple assembly. The roller crosshead with sealed bearings ensures quick, smooth reaction to belt misalignment. Its plastic roller coverings are highly wear-resistant, antistatic, and flame-retardant, making them suitable for ATEX environments.
Tracker Roller Type RRC
Designed for conveyor systems with reversing operation and high load demands. Installed on the straight lower belt, it features a specialised roller design for smooth reversing and reliable tracking. The system includes wear-resistant, antistatic, flame-retardant plastic rollers (ATEX suitable), sealed roller bearings for fast response to misalignment, and a sturdy, torsion-resistant steel frame. The single rollers are maintenance-free, sealed, and built to perform under the toughest conditions.
